Some smart guy someplace else once said,”The magic happens when you leave your comfort zone.” Well every day, we push beyond our internal comfort zones to invent great creative solutions. It works so well we decided to push our external zone too and move our offices! What?! Yep, we’ve pulled up stakes, waved goodbye to Hayes Valley (so long trendy shoppers) and have resettled South of Market. For those of you who don’t live in San Francisco, that’s only about a 1 mile move. But 1 mile in SF equals something like 100 miles in any other American city. Plenty of distance to shake things up and find yet another fresh perspective. So far we really like our new hood. Wait, is that a dot com moving in next door?
You may not know this, but millions of obsessed fans play The Sims every day worldwide and are anxiously awaiting the 2014 release of The Sims 4. How do we keep them calm for you? Keep them from rioting in major cities? We give them incredible, mind-blowing visual communication of course! It works every time but is a thankless cycle. When you feed the gamer, you fuel the hunger for more. Fortunately for you, we’re very good at this stuff. When the world of interactive gaming professionals and enthusiasts converged on Cologne, Germany for Gamescom 2013, we made sure The Sims 4 showed up in a BIG way. The giant white walls of The Sims 4 both were covered in a massive, multi-character illustration featuring the omnipresent green plumbob as an eye-catching graphic background element. The Sims players were placated for days. As they say in that place wherever those Sims live, Play With Life.
